For me, Sahasrara is a reminder of surrender, the quiet expansion that comes when you learn to release control and trust in something greater than yourself as an individual. Knowing that we do not exist in isolation; every thought, action, and breath connects us to something larger, to one another, to the earth, and to the vast web of life that sustains us.
