Muladhara or the root chakra is located at the base of the spine representing stability, security, and our connection to the physical world. Mantra: LAM. I moved to the other side of the world thinking it was going to be the answer to all my problems and I would finally feel ‘happy’. By destabilising myself I found stability and connection. I found a strength and assuredness within myself, in an environment that initially made me feel the exact opposite.
